The Purpose of each Workgroup is to focus on changes within the HIE.
Domain Workgroups were organized to make recommendations on what are to be included in the system, sustainability and policies and procedures. The workgroups are made up of public/private stakeholders that work together and develop strategies that best meet the needs of healthacre providers in North Dakota.
Below is a list of active domain workgroups that are currently working to develop strategies.
- Telehealth
- Governance - (HITAC)
The Telehealth Domain Workgroup meets once every 2 months to discuss Telehealth initiatives across the state and HITAC meets once every month to vote on policy changes as well as to share/ discuss NDHIN team updates.
