Enter the temporary password that was emailed to you. As you create your new password, the Change Password window prompts you with suggestions.
Follow the prompts. Once your password meets a requirement, the prompt will disappear.
For example, as you hit 8 characters in the New Password field, the red prompt 'Your Password must be at least ‘8’ characters long' disappears.
Once your password meets the requirements the prompt turns green. Enter the password in the Confirm Password field to complete the change.
